Terms of service
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Archai Board, run by Archai (“we”). By signing in or using Archai Board you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Archai Board.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Access may be limited to people we have invited. Keep your account secure and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
You own what you put in Archai Board. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Archai Board for you and the people you share it with, and to run the AI features you use. You promise you have the right to the content you add.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe others’ rights or upload content you have no right to share.
- Do not try to disrupt, probe or overload Archai Board, or to access data that is not yours.
- Do not use Archai Board to send spam or to distribute malware.
AI features and connected apps
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it. AI features and connected AI apps act with the permissions you give them: an app with editing permission can create, change, move and delete content on your pages. Changes made by an app in one run can be undone, and you can revoke any app in Settings > Connected apps at any time. Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Drive is optional and read-only; how that data is handled is described in the privacy policy. We may limit AI use to keep the service available and its cost under control.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Archai Board available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or stop features, and we will tell you about changes that matter.
Ending your use
You can stop using Archai Board at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts Archai Board or other people at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
Archai Board is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you did not back up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When the change matters, we update the date above and tell you in Archai Board. Continued use means you accept the update.
